We are currently looking for an administrator who can handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and overseeing the salon's operations, while also providing timely moral support to the stylists. The ideal candidate should be organized, able to maintain a clean environment, keep track of inventory, and most importantly, create a comfortable client experience.

The end result of your work will be:
Correctly formed appointments with the salon masters (work with objections)
Ensuring a Friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the salon for clients
Ensuring clients satisfaction so that they keep coming back.
Requirements: knowledge of English and at least 1 year of experience as an administrator
Responsibilities:
- Know the full range of salon services and prices
- Come to work on time
- Morning preparation of the salon for work (checklist)
- Control the work of the cleaning stuff
- Keep a record of clients (answering calls according to scripts)
- To be acknowledge the history of regular customers' visits and their preference
- To be familiar with the beauty industry, keeping up to date with new products and techniques.
- Friendly, open and sincere attitude to each client
- To be able to work in a team
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
