Operations Manager – Wales
Sword are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team! The role is full-time and will include the oversight of site operations of our Cardiff team and some surrounding areas. You will work very closely with the Regional Manager in overseeing operations and managing, supporting and leading our wider operational team. Sword are a leading global supplier of event staffing and crowd management services across multiple locations including Cardiff, London, Dublin and Toronto. We are a passionate bunch and look forward to finding the right person to join our expanding team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the local operations team to best international practices
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
- Deal with local challenges by providing creative and practical solutions
- Communicate with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met/exceeded
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an operations manager
- Availability to work the weekends
- Driver's License is essential
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role ideally in the Event Staffing Sector or Manned Guarding
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- Valid SIA license.
Salary: £30,000
