Aramark Northern Europe is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated General Manager to join our team Aerospace, Bristol.
We are looking for a commercially astute candidate with the entrepreneurial spirit to be able to confidently drive revenue stream. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead a team from the front.
As this role is 80% Catering and Events alongside a day offering, we need you to have the experience and knowledge to make this site thrive!
So, whether it be a Wedding or a corporate meeting, you will ensure every customer leaves happy having had a brilliant experience from end to end.

A day in the life of a General Manager:
- Runs labour scheduling, staffing and employee training to deliver labour improvements and provide high quality services and products
- Ensures purchasing compliance, understands and accounts for all non-compliant spend, and achieves local and enterprise sustainability objectives
- Ensures consistent, accurate use of key Operational Tools and closely monitors and spot checks accurate use of the local operating system
- Reduces time to fill and voluntary turnover by utilising sophisticated and simplified recruiting and hiring strategies
- Provides ongoing opportunities for development, learning and recognition to engage and enable team members
- Drives a culture of Safety through the implementation of all safety, quality and service excellence standards
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Experiential knowledge required for management of people and/or problems.

- Good people leadership skills
- Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
