Designing, building and maintaining beautiful gardens is Randle Siddeley's business.
We specialise in gardens, roof terraces and commercial landscapes for private clients, developers, and main contractors within the high-end residential sector. Many of the projects we build are crafted by our Design Division, but we also frequently tender and negotiate on schemes designed by other accomplished landscape and garden designers.
We are excited to be opening an opportunity for a proactive and professional Accounts Assistant who will play a crucial role in helping the Financial Controller. Responsible for giving the department's daily operations the essential support they need across multiple projects, we are looking for an effective, progressive team member to make the role their own.
Responsibilities:
- Creating sales invoices.
- Entering purchase ledger invoices, ensuring costs are correctly allocated.
- Maintaining purchase ledger records, keeping info up to date.
- Purchase ledger reconciliations.
- Assisting with management accounts preparation: journals, accruals, prepayments.
- Analysing jobs to ensure that costs have been re-charged.
- Checking timesheet information to import into accounts system.
- Filing & Archiving.
- Staff expenses and petty cash.
- Other ad-hoc accounting assistance.
- Salary: £ 29,000 - £ 34,000 (FTE) per annum

Work schedule pattern: Part time 5 days per week half day or 3 days a week full day.
Candidates must be UK-based, eligible to work in UK and prepared to work from our Head Office in Wandsworth.
Immediate availability would be an advantage.
