Shift and Pay Rates for a Production Operative
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
- Shift times: 6am to 10am, sometimes up to 8 hours per shift
General duties for a Production Operative
- Loading and unloading lorries
- Using a pallet truck, PPT or forklift
- Stack goods on boxes
- Manual handling and physical work involved.
Physical work and chilled environment, sometimes you are required to work in the fridge up to -20 degrees.
