We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. At Rehability UK, we are offering permanent positions with guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns, as well as Bank Worker contracts.
Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. Our Leicester based services are split across a number of neighbouring locations. Our support staff within Leicester are to support all allocated local services.. People we support in the region have challenging behaviours and suffer from mental health. Our aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skill, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our homes.
ABOUT YOU AND YOUR ROLE
Successful candidate will be joining a highly motivated, dynamic and supportive team. You will be providing direct one to one person-centred mental health support as well as working as a part of a team running groups and providing meaningful activities for people we support. You will have the opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge throughout regular supervision, access to e-learning programmes and in-service face to face training sessions.
This role include support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community - it may be supporting our residents going out in the morning and taking them to an activity in the afternoon. Assisting them to get ready in the morning, helping with shopping, cooking, or cleaning. Personal care will also be required.

You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activity.
