Administrative Assistant | Park Hill Hospital | 30 hours
The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills to join our Administration team working 30 hours per week. The successful applicant will take pride in ensuring all our patients receive a first class experience. Aspects of the role include; working with different stakeholders within the business such as; Consultants/ Medical Secretaries and the Senior Leadership team. You must be able to use your own initiative, have excellent customer care skills and a flexible approach to your working day, helping to provide support to a very busy Administration Team. You will share this responsibility with other Administrative assistants. Working shifts over a 5 day period with a combination of early and late shifts between hours of 7am and 8pm with Saturday shift on a rolling basis.
