Luna Clean is a fast growing contract cleaning company in West Sussex. We are looking to welcome to our team a highly motivated manager, with experience in cleaning industry to support our plans for expanding, whilst deliverying outstanding service to our exisiting clients.
Job Description
Oversee the daily workings of company operations and logistical planning. Plans, manages, and implements schedules and resource allocation to ensure deadlines are met, and maintains a high-quality standard of service delivery to our clients.
Sole purpose of role
- Manage all business operations in order to deliver cleaning services to clients in line with their requirements

- Seek and complete additional periodical cleans
- Understand and comply with company policy and procedure that directly affects operations
- Communicate company policy and procedure to employees
- Complete all audits within given time frame
Personal Annual Objectives
- Retain all profitable sites
- Ensure all sites meet a minimum of 90% audit scores
- Develop direct reports knowledge and skills to aid company growth
Roles and Responsibilities
- To follow company procedures and systems
- To monitor cleaning audits and action plans
- To chair monthly meetings with the clients
· Ensure client information is accurate and communicated
- Respond to cleaning requests as required and delegate
- Carry out quality and equipment audits
- Support and guide operatives to achieve service levels
- Resolve open cases
- To control and maintain staffing levels
- Assist in the recruitment and vetting process
- Carry out annual Appraisals with all staff
- Basic training, motivation, discipline, Health & Safety and welfare of the staff under his/her control.
- Undertake site induction, H&S and training with all new employees
· Ensure company policy and procedure is communicated, understood and followed by all staff.
· Demonstrate good leadership in line with company mission and values.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
