We’re looking for a creative graphic and digital designer who can hit the ground running in their role. You’ll need to be a team player, adaptable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment across a variety of projects with our dynamic and fun team.
You’ll need to have the following knowledge and skills…
· 3+ years professional design experience
· An ability to understand briefs and communicate meaning through design - by displaying endless ideas, you’ll feel confident about generating different and creative design concepts for a project to meet a brief
· Experience working on a wide range of projects including branding, WordPress websites, social campaigns, infographics and print communications
· Be comfortable working across all stages of the design process from research to completion
· Proficient in Adobe CC: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD and ideally After Effects
· Experience in generating website designs and building your designs in WordPress
· Familiar with Microsoft programmes such as, Word and PowerPoint slide design
· Video editing and animation would be beneficial
· An understanding of UX and UI design is desirable
You’ll need to want to work from home (we’ll provide all the equipment you’ll need) but our team won’t be far away! We catch-up every morning for a team call and throughout the day via Team chats and video calls. We also have quarterly face-to-face team meetings at locations picked by the team followed by a fun activity in Manchester.
We’re looking for an individual who will get stuck in with the rest of the team to achieve the best work for our clients. You’ll also need to be willing to work on a range of different types of projects for different types of clients.
The sectors you’ll work across include consultancy/education, manufacturing, construction healthcare/pharma and charity. Experience working in B2B across these sectors/some of these sectors would be preferred but not essential. Although we will need you to be enthusiastic about all things B2B!

Location
Remote working, but ideally based in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, or Staffordshire (so you can travel to quarterly team meetings in the Macclesfield/Manchester area). We meet for quarterly team meetings and socials usually in Manchester. Our past socials have including Bongos Bingo, the Cube, Escape Room and meals and drinks out together.
Working hours
Monday – Thursday: 8.45am-5.15pm
Friday: 8.45am to 4.45pm
Salary
£25-27,000 pro rata depending on level of experience.
