Our call center is looking for friendly and hardworking Call Center Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy talking on the phone and working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the call center industry is preferred, but not required. This position is a full-time, and we are interested in hiring individuals with a passion for serving customers and making a positive impact on their day.
Responsibilities:
- Take calls from customers.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed files of customer information.
- Provide customer service.
- Work in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,184.00-£21,303.00 per year
