Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join us at our site in Merlin Park, Birmingham. This role is working Monday to Friday, covering core hours of 09:00 – 17:00, however, a level of flexibility may be required from time to time – this is logistics after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Safe operation of machinery and equipment as per training according to Standard Operating Procedures-
Minimise damage to product and ensure damaged product is not sent to the customer

Report any damages to your Line Leader

Ensure that all health and safety processes are followed at all times
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally, you’ll hold a forklift truck licence

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
