Our client, an independent Estate Agent in the Northwest, is seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to expand their property Sales team based in Liverpool.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including sourcing new clients, conducting market appraisals, instructing new properties, dealing with enquiries, carrying out property viewings, negotiating sales, progressing sales to completions, and regularly speaking to current clients.
You will need to be an ambitious, and outgoing individual that is wanting to start their career in the property sector. Some experience is desirable but not essential in a similar job role. You must have full UK driving licence, and your own car and mobile phone with a contract suitable for business phone calls and data usage.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive base salary of up to £25,000 per annum (dependent upon experience), plus a commission scheme that could see the successful candidate earn substantially more. You will also receive a mileage/fuel allowance, auto-enrolled pension contributions, career path and job-specific training, and company days out.
