Associate Recruitment Consultant – London Bridge – Construction & Property Recruitment
Potensis Selection is a leading specialist recruiter working in the construction & property space. Based in London Bridge, close to Borough Market and Flat Iron Square, we work with the major players in the UK house building sector. With 22 years of trading behind us, we are the go to partner for our clients when they look to hire the best in sector talent.
The company has seen year on year growth, and we are now looking to hire Associate Consultants to join our training programme and become part of our success story.
What will you do:
The role of a recruiter is exciting, challenging, and rewarding. As an Trainee Recruitment Consultant , you will be working alongside our experienced recruiters, managers, and Directors to support our clients achieve their hiring objectives.
You will get exposure to a wide range of activities, including networking with candidates, building talent pools, providing labour market insights to clients, devising & implementing advertising plans, and pitching and presenting to win mandates from Clients.

Importantly you will be in a meritocratic culture, that recognises and rewards your hard work. In year one, you can realistically achieve an OTE of £40,000 upwards, in year two £65,000+ and in year three £80,000 or more.
