As a life skills trainer you will be providing support for people with a wide range of ability including adults on the autism spectrum and learning difficulties with behaviour that may challenge. You will support the individual through a variety of tasks which will help make a true and real difference in the individual's own chosen outcomes on a personalised training programme.
The Role:
- Based at our HQ in Rothley.
- Main Shifts usually 10am - 4pm Mon-Friday (but some shifts may include 9.00am - 5.00 pm)
- Full time = 30-37pw
- Driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
- Competitive Rates of Pay, £10.42, rising to up to £11.38 (keyworker) Average pay is (£10.70 in April 2023)
- Working with individuals on the autism spectrum and associated learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
- Please note: We open all year round and do not close for School Holidays, and applicants may be required to work bank holidays.
