Job Title – Office Administrator
Business Unit – Nestle Purina
Location – Sudbury Factory, Suffolk (full time on site)
Salary ranging from £22,500 - £25,000 (depending on experience) plus potential bonus + fantastic benefits

Position Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office administrator to join our Safety, Health & Environment Team at our Sudbury Factory. The role of Factory Office Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Factory SHE Team.

A day in the life of an Office Administrator ….
You will work with a friendly and supportive team providing accurate and timely support to the team, you’ll be the first point of contact and you’ll use your great IT experience to provide a smooth service level, the key responsibilities will include:
  • Data entry of SHE related data, including contractor and visitor inductions, safety questionnaires
  • Supporting Factory Manager when senior visitors on site for PPE, room booking, electrical equipment, hotels, taxi and lunch.
  • Archiving All site documentation and arrange collection or receiving of returns
  • Contacting Suppliers for Safety information –MSDS updates, special PPE requirements
  • Manage the Flu vouchers during winter months
  • Attending Wellbeing champion meetings
  • Owns admin calendar and room bookings
  • Issuing SHE keys, ensuring sign in and out.
  • Advise to employee about PAWs Pets at work scheme.
  • Adding all old training records to system for all staff for quick reference.
  • Shredding, filing and anything that other Managers may request support
  • Raising PO

What will make you successful?
As the successful candidate you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is proactive and has exceptional customer service skills. You must be able to demonstrate a high standard of administrative experience, possess excellent IT and strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working as a member of a team, be prepared to learn new skills and have a flexible approach to managing a diverse workload. A strong team player is essential as well as;
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Package, Support database queries from stakeholders on SHE Systems, Power BI, SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills with an understanding of the need for confidentiality, consent and data protection.
