Administrator - Kings Real Estate Leicester - 5 days a week - Monday to Friday 2 Saturdays per month - Salary around £20k (dependent on experience) We are a leading, independent Estate Agency brand who have built a successful business in the area.
You must be professional, presentable and have a can do attitude.
Property administration experience would be preferred, however excellent administration/computer skills, organisational skills and attention to detail are a must. The key responsibilities will be: • Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants • Booking viewings • Carrying out regular vendor updates • Marketing of available properties • Dealing with customer enquiries • Maintaining accurate records of all activity • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries • Dealing with maintenance issues and keeping all relevant parties up to date with progress. • Helping out in other areas of the business as and when required The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, reliable, have a positive attitude, be approachable and work well under pressure.
