Our premier bathroom showroom in Newtownards is looking to recruit a new showroom staff member to deliver excellent customer service face to face or over the phone. From advising customers on bathroom queries, designing bathrooms layouts to pricing, and placing orders and leasing with suppliers, there will be no shortage of work. The successful candidate should be bright and enthusiastic and have strong interpersonal, organisational and IT skills. The role also demands an ability to prioritise duties appropriately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

· Designing bathrooms

· Taking phone payments

· Sending emails internally and externally

· Placing orders for customers

· Leasing with suppliers

· Taking care of customer accounts

· Coordinating admin

Essential Criteria:

· Great customer service skills

· Interpersonal skills

· IT skills

· Basic numeracy and literacy

· Good organisational and planning skills

Desirable Criteria:

· Attention to detail

· A desire to work with the public

· Basic knowledge of the heating and plumbing industry
