Job Title: Laravel PHP Developer
Location: Redhill, Surrey/Hybrid
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (Depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Laravel PHP Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing applications using the LAMP stack, with solid experience in PHP, Git/GitHub, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, and MySQL 5/8. The ability to liaise with clients, be organised and mentor new/junior members of the team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Laravel-based web applications.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Mentor new/junior members of the team.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to build robust and scalable applications.
- Write clean and efficient code that adheres to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in web development.
- To assist with the maintenance of legacy code and systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
