The Role:
You'll be making a huge impact from day one, both internally and to their clients as you'll be joining an intimate team at such a great time. As a project manager, you'll be getting stuck in with projects right away.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and implementing project plans.
- Aligning implementation strategies and scoping with the clients.
- Effectively managing the workload and working with multiple clients at the same time.
- Identifying key stakeholders and developing existing and new client and partner relationships.
- Managing client expectations and escalate as needed
- Mitigating project issues/risks to minimise impact on timelines and budget.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, ideally spent working in a technology and/or consulting company
- IT literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook packages quickly and accurately
- Should be proactive, efficient, organised, and comfortable working with on multiple projects at the same time
- Able to prioritise workloads; time management skills; organisation skills
- Must be able to work independently and prioritise competing demands
- Must be a team player – as a small start-up, everyone’s contribution on growing the company and creating an enjoyable working environment is key
- Excellent verbal and written skills, a natural communicator
- Good at building strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Be fluent in English
- Have reliable Wi-Fi at home
