Ryanair is currently recruiting for candidates to join their 2023 Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship in conjunction with Resource Training Solutions (RTS).
This is a structured 4 year program including both hands on and classroom based learning. You will need to commit to 4 years of studying hard for your CAT A, progressing to CAT B1 modules or B2 modules which are intense and do take dedication. Upon successful completion of this program, you will qualify for an EASA and UK Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
Based in Stansted, you will be working with highly experienced aircraft engineers providing engineering maintenance to our fleet of 500+ Boeing aircraft. This is an excellent opportunity for successful candidates to work in an exciting, vibrant industry and obtain a recognised qualification in aircraft maintenance.
As an Apprentice, you will require:
- The desire to work with your hands
- Keen interest in aircraft avionics
- Keen interest in the Aviation industry
- Ability to be accurate and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Natural aptitude for problem-solving
- Strong practical skills - the ability to look at in dept diagrams and analyse technical information
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

Requirements
- Ideally completed a pre-apprenticeship in Aircraft Engineering
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Excellent English – both written and verbal
- Ability to pass a full security background check
- Eligibility to live and work in UK without restriction
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Applicants need to be 18 years of age by 1st September
