Established in 2004, Hunter Dunning is a successful specialist recruitment consultancy based in Chichester, working across all areas of the property sector. The business has plans for substantial growth in the coming years and we are currently looking to recruit a bright, motivated and hard working individual to join the team our architectural team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for an opportunity to work within the recruitment sector and to join a business able to offer training, support and opportunities for progression and development. The successful applicant will be joining an established and successful team specialising in the recruitment of architectural professionals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Business development; Identifying and acting on new business opportunities
- Communicating with clients and candidates by phone and email
- Coordinating interviews, offers and placements using our in-house database and admin processes
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Organising and assisting meetings with candidates and clients
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
- Good organisational skills and the ability to effectively multitask
- Motivation to succeed in a target driven environment
- The ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
- Previous experience in a sales environment would be advantageous but not essential
