A fantastic temporary HR opportunity has arisen within a renowned company based just outside of Northampton. This is a unique role involving a varied and exciting range of daily tasks working as part of the busy wider HR team in fast-paced environment. This role is initially a temporary role on an ongoing basis working 20 hours a week though there is flexibility for this to increase slightly and there is the option of hybrid working. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Managing employee and HR databases including basic reporting
Coordination of on-boarding process including production of contracts and induction packs
Assisting in the induction process through involvement on induction days as well as continued involvement in employee learning and development
Inputting and maintaining employee data in the HR Information System whilst complying with the Data Protection Act
Monitoring the absence record system for employees
Editing and generating all standard and relevant letters and paperwork in a HR capacity
Assist with the development of the HR administrative processes and procedure
Dealing with varied queries from both internal and external parties
You must be available for an immediate start as well as be happy to carry out full time work and be happy to work across the office and home. You will ideally possess experience within a professional services capacity. This is ongoing role so requires limited holiday and immediate availability.
