FEMALE HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS WANTED – TO CARE FOR ADULT WITH COMPLEX CONDITION
iCare Living are seeking a number of FEMALE Health Care Workers who have experience or are able to manage complex health conditions. Full training given.
**We pay excellent rates from £11.00 per hour**
- Experience of caring for children and adults with complex health preferred but NOT essential
- Night shifts- 8pm till 8am- days 8am till 4pm
- Female Staff Required Urgently
- Full training provided by qualified nurses
You will support an adult with managing all their complex health care needs.
We will provide you with all clinical training needed to do your job competently and confidently. We offer opportunities to develop your career too. We are an Equal Opportunities Employer.
You will be part of a team, working regular shifts on a rota basis. Full and part-time hours are available. You can have 12 hour shifts or part time hours.
Positive engagement between the client, family and other staff is essential.
Requirements
You will be:
· Experienced or be willing to learn how to manage clients with complex health needs e.g. PEG feed, moving & handling, medication (and other health needs)
- Willingness to undertake clinical care tasks such as Tracheostomy care, ventilation care, suction etc
- Work Alternative Weekends
- A Non-Smoker
· Well-presented
· Punctual
· Reliable
· Be Polite, Warm, Friendly & develop good working relations with families’ members
Pay Rates:
Excellent rates of £10.50 per hour, depending on experience
Shifts available:
MONDAY TO SUNDAY
