A Full Time Customer Service Position
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders which are received on a daily basis
- Enter orders into the system
- Invoicing and shipping orders via UPS, FedEx or trucking company
- Answer customer's questions about products and procedures
- Respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Produce daily order reports
- Manage clerical duties such as filing and data entry
- EDI experience is a plus
-Will also be responsible in maintaining that the warehouse employees are doing their duties
Requirements:
- Committed to excellent customer service and have passion for work
- Able to manage customer concerns and issues while maintaining a courteous, professional manner
- Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Have strong computer
skills: typing and managing office equipment
- Have high attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
