RCK Partners is a top tier financial consultancy – Specialising in tax incentives. This role is being recruited for at an exciting stage of our growth plans, as we are now looking for a highly motivated, driven and capable Team Administrator to join our Consulting team.

Typical duties of the role will involve:
- Support on the devising of correspondence to be issued to clients and HMRC
- Making calls to HMRC/clients to follow up on deadlines and information requests
- Recording and reporting on team deadlines and deliverables
- Preparing summaries of work delivered/timelines taken – primarily based on salesforce results and conversations with team members
- Monitoring Salesforce administration of the team and ensuring team members keep records up to date
- Admin and Front of House Reception
- Assisting with the wider team and day to day operations of the company
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent grammatical skills and written communication skills
- Strong experience of using MS Office
- Experience working in an admin role
- Well organised and punctual
The package on offer is a basic salary of up to £30k. Fringe benefits comprise; holiday entitlement of 25 days per year with an additional day awarded for your birthday. Holiday entitlement will increase by 2 days after 2 years and 1 day per annum of service thereafter to a maximum of 30 days.
After passing probation the role holder will qualify for the company life insurance and health insurance policies. Company pension contributions are 5%.
You’ll be based in our offices in the City of London. Office hours are 9-5:30. This is an involved and hands on role and therefore requires someone to be in the office 5 days per week.
