Job Description
This womenswear fashion brand is looking for a wholesale admin assistant to join its team on a permanent basis. It is a contemporary womenswear brand offering fun prints and bold colours, empowering women of all ages and sizes.
You will be responsible for all the wholesale department admin, ensuring stock is delivered and all systems are updated.
Key responsibilities:
- Building and developing strong relationships across wholesale partners
- Actively onboarding new customers
- Managing wholesale order book
- Collating partner POs
- Creating invoices for deliveries
To be considered you will have relevant wholesale fashion experience, highly proficient in Excel, organised, dynamic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
