37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year
Scale 8 point 25 to 28 (£32,020 - £34,723.00 per annum)

We are looking to appoint a third HR Officer to join our busy but friendly team to support the HR Director in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and services to meet the needs of the Bridge Academy Trust. The Trust welcomes applicants who have HR experience, but full training and support will be in place.
You will have:
· Proven experience in an office environment with excellent problem-solving capabilities
· A hands-on approach with a can-do work style
· A commitment to delivering an exceptional HR service across the Trust
· The ability to find creative solutions and take ownership for duties and tasks assigned
· Personal integrity, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands excellence and attention to detail
· Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
· Strong communication skills
