Job Description

McConnell is a Principal Contractor who deliver refurbishment, modernisation and planned maintenance services to buildings and facilities for property owners across the UK.

JOB PURPOSE

Ensures proper flow of office procedures, maintains contracts and associated documentation, processing, communicating changes. Participate in ordering and data control.

This is a full time role, Monday - Friday based in our office in East Kilbride.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

The position will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, internal customers and external customers / Organisations.

As a Contracts Administrator you will be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:

· Arrange meetings for clients and/or subcontractors.

· Arranging site tours for HLS McConnell Staff or Sub Contractors.

· Update Sharepoint with current documents, certificates, policies & procedures.

· Yearly update of documents on Mango to amend issue / review dates.

· Assisting with Contractor vetting and maintaining approval on Mango.

· Amend quotes / letters / repairs.

· Point of contact for some of our clients’ departments.

· Sending weekly updates to project managers/site managers.

· Update contracts board.

· Printing off large scale technical drawings and project plans.

· Creating and maintaining electronic / paper site and job files.

· Producing O & M Manuals for clients.

· To assist the Directors during the year with calendar events such as audits

· To assist Directors with Operations compliance.

· Adhoc Administration duties.

· An interest in own personal development / undertake training as required
