We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Front of House waiting staff to join the Fatto a Mano team. We’re committed to quality, from our ingredients to our service. We want people who want to be part of a valued team, in our young, expanding pizza business.
You will be working closely with other members of the stuff so good communication, a positive attitude and the ability to work quickly and efficiently with your colleagues is essential.

Our Pizza
Pizzas & sides, Neapolitan style! Made by hand from the best Italian and local British ingredients. Soft and pillowy, our pizza dough is made fresh every day before being cooked at 450+ degrees in our oven. Using traditional methods, we make some of the best Neapolitan style pizza in the UK. Everything is made from scratch every day and our pizza ovens are truly the beating heart of our pizzerias, “we have pizza in our blood”.
Our history
We opened our first Fatto a Mano pizzeria in Brighton in 2015, and now have three pizzerias in Brighton & Hove. In 2020 we began our journey into London by opening at Boxpark Croydon, followed by Boxpark Shoreditch in 2021.
Fatto Pizza & Beer is now open in Pancras Square, Kings Cross – combining our Neapolitan pizzas alongside craft beers from some of the best small independent breweries in the UK and Italy. Pizzerias in Naples have served pizza and beer as the perfect combination for over half a century.
