At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for a Warehouse Shift Team Leader Days based at our Coalville Depot.
The position will involve:
- Monitor picking operations within designated area to ensure safety and performance are maintained in-line with company expectations and targets
- Accurate receiving picking and dispatching of pallets.
- Maintain stock control in line with company policy and procedure.
- Engage with warehouse operatives to encourage best practice and understand any issues which are preventing them from achieving optimal pick rate in-line with company targets.
- Take appropriate action to ensure any system or facility issues affecting optimal pick rate are rectified in a timely manner
- Ensure warehouse operatives are following company procedure in terms of safety and picking operations.
- Carry out performance reviews and one-to-one meetings with direct reports as required to maintain company standards and targets.
