Hutchings Hyundai - Swansea are looking for a Fully Qualified Master Technician to join our award winning team of four techs plus an apprentice. You will need to be able to diagnose and repair ICE, Hybrid and EV vehicles and to support the skillset across the workshop. You will enjoy having your skills developed and attend all the required Hyundai technical training as and when required.
You will work in a fantastic workshop with excellent equipment, facilities and space to complete the role to the highest standard in the most efficient way possible. You will have access to service and repair work as well to allow you to maximise your personal earnings. We will discuss this and the whole rewards package with you, in detail when you visit the site to meet us and see the dealership.
We are looking for someone who wants to be the technical lead in the workshop as well as setting the standard for delivering an excellent team result month after month. _£16.00 per hour @ 80% efficiency
£17.95 per hour @ 100% efficiency
£18.00 per hour @ 120% efficiency_
The successful candidate must have a current Master Technician qualification from either a Franchised Manufacturer or a recognized independent (Bosch/IMI) and have a stable work history.
Main dealership experience would be an advantage but isn't essential. We are looking for team players who are focused on results.
You will work with both Hyundai and non-franchise vehicles in all aspects of diagnostic, repair and service where required
