Tardigrade Marketing, a leading marketing agency, is seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as social media graphics, website graphics, promotional materials, and other marketing collaterals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, be highly skilled in design software, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as social media graphics, website graphics, promotional materials, and other marketing collaterals.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality graphics.
- Present designs to the marketing team and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure that designs align with the brand's visual identity and marketing goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a marketing agency or similar environment is a plus.
