What will you do:
As a Fire Warden you will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire site, carry out basic maintenance work within the site(s) and report any health and safety issues or/and compliance concerns.
- Undertake varied reactive and remedial maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Oversee planned maintenance duties set out by the building manager
- Key holding duties for colleagues and students
- Undertaking varied reactive and remedial maintenance tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a Nights position
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation
