We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Services Technician to join our growing team, delivering services to our multi-site retail client in and around the Shrewsbury area!

Salary: £28,119 per annum

Additional earning potential through overtime

4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets

About the Job:
You’ll be carrying out repairs and planned preventative maintenance for our multi-site retail client in your area, ensuring their sites are presentable and fully maintained by delivering a high-quality service.
No two days will be the same, one day you could be carrying out basic building fabric repairs, guttering, doors, windows, and locks, the next you could be working on minor flooring, tiles, signage, and plumbing repairs. We want to embrace your strengths and help you broaden your skills. So, if you want to learn and progress, but don’t have all the of the experience needed, we’ll provide training to help you carry out your job.
From this role you could progress into a Building Fabric Specialist or Team Leader position.

Essential:

Valid UK driver’s licence

Building Fabric trade experience

Building Maintenance experience in a customer facing environment

Confident using handheld IT for managing workload and documentation

Strong communication skills and work ethic

Awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety
Desirable (training provided):

Experience with a multi-site retail client

BAFE Fire experience

Other Information:

You will be required to work 40 hrs per week, Monday-Friday
-
You will also be required to work 1 in 4 weeks on call
