Job Description
We are a small independent company looking for a Front Office Associate (maternity cover) to join our busy Front Office team. The role is to ensure all our guests receive the best hospitality whilst ensuring a smooth running of our front desk. We're looking for someone with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively and handle a large number of tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the building.
- Answer phones and greet callers.
- Answers questions.
- Answer phone calls politely and professionally.
- Problem solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Up to £21,500.00 per year
