Office Junior required in our head office based in Llanelli. Working for the largest independent retailer in South Wales.
You will be required to support the EPOS IT systems department .
Previous experience of Windows is essential. Training for other aspects of this position will be provided.
Days and hours to be discussed with the right candidate.
Job Duties:
- Accurately raise and log store issues reported via telephone, email ensuring all vital information is captured (when required).
- Support Goods in at Reception
- Enter data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support all EPOS software/hardware issues - (Training Provided)
- Collect and process product purchase orders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Data Entry Skills + Analysing information and thoroughness
- Confidentiality
- Excellent knowledge of IT Windows Systems
- Excellent hardware / Software support and diagnostics skills
- Experience of using remote support tools – i.e. vnc and Team Viewer
- Ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly with good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work load, make decisions and work well within a team and independently when required
