Job Description

ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions UK Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our busy Scunthorpe site.

The company is a leading supplier of the complete range of long structural steel products.

Full office address is: South Park Road, South Park Ind. Estate, Bottesford Scunthorpe, DN17 2BY

The successful applicant will be expected to:

• Promote Health & Safety in all activities carried out
• Act as an excellent ambassador of the company in all customer and supplier relationships
• Assist the sales executives in all areas of customer service / administration
• Assist in managing customer demands and provide an excellent customer experience
• Liaise with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met
• Ensure customer profiles and parts databases are kept up to date
• Ensure customer schedules are accurately maintained
• Follow the requirements of quality standards as they apply to the role
• Any other duties as required by the business

Job Type: Full-time
