Our holistic approach assesses their requirements and provides dedicated implementation support across sales, marketing, customer success and revenue operations.
Our target audience includes Founders of funded B2B tech companies and partners such as professional services firms, software companies and investors.
After growing the consultancy to a recognised player in the industry, and having grown through an associate model initially, we are now looking to recruit employed sales consultants to deliver project work to our clients. This will enable us to scale in a measured and profitable manner, create the culture that we all crave and deliver extraordinary results for our clients.
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to:
- Deliver the desired outcome for clients so they renew their engagement and become a referenceable client.
- Assist with the development of our own B2B Revenue Playbook for funded B2B tech companies.
Key activities include:
Delivery activities
- Assist with client onboarding activities like scheduling workshops, workshop agendas and client data shares.
- Hold paid discovery workshops with new clients
- Take ownership of and create the paid deliverables of a Revenue Strategy and 90-Day Improvement Plan.
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success and Marketing Consultant throughout the project to create holistic value for clients.
- Manage and mentor our client's sales and marketing team
- Liaise and coordinate with external partners to deliver on agreed client deliverables
- Take responsibility for forecasting during client engagements
- Listen to, feedback on and attend key calls during client engagements
- Compose quarterly retro documents for clients
- Secure sign-off on agreed client deliverables
- Shortlist winning practices and update B2B Revenue Playbook for funded B2B tech companies.
Sales activities
- Assist the Head of Sales with the creation of new client proposals
- Attend proposal review calls with prospective clients with the Head of Sales.
- Worked in a sales/revenue leadership role within a Seed or Series A b2b tech startup
- Sold and managed complex or enterprise deals
- Proven track record of growing teams and revenue at a tech startup
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and without huge resources.
