- Owning all email marketing sends, SMS and App pushes, on-site as part of our communications strategy.
- Contributing to the development of customer onboarding strategy.
- Leading and optimising the QA process to ensure that all email and push goes out seamlessly.
- Owning complex and high priority projects and proactively driving them forwards with key stakeholders.
- Enhancing customer journey communications, and making suggestions for new ones.
- Creating audiences and improving segmentation in line with engagement and retention KPIs.
- Experience in a CRM Marketing role
- Able to build and amend email templates using HTML, dynamic content, and personalisation.
- Experience with building segments and campaigns within marketing automation software, ideally Adobe but others will be considered
- Able to turn insights into actionable plans.
- Experience and understanding of the principles of customer retention
- Experience of KPI monitoring tools & reports.
