Junior Data Analyst
An immediate opportunity has become available for a Junior Data Analyst, with experience of reading & editing SQL to join this prestigious travel company near Gatwick. Working within the commercial division, this team cover all aspects of data from initial data acquisition to report delivery and analysis. The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining reports and being the first point of contact to respond to queries and first line investigation. Salary of £25k to £27k, hybrid working and an array of company benefits and travel concessions.
Junior Data Analyst - Role & Responsibilities:

Respond to requests for data and deliver as required, identifying best data source to meet requirements

Maintain existing reports and data ensuring they meet user requirements and ensure regular reports are issued according to schedule
- Analyse and audit data used to to ensure it is robust and accurate

Create and build new reports and models allocated and ensure reports issue meet user requirements

Assist in the ongoing review and enhancement of existing reports
Junior Data Analyst - Skills & Experience Required:
-
Good knowledge of SQL - ability to read and edit

Experience of working with datasets and databases
-
Excellent MS Excel skills including VBA

Tableau knowledge useful but not essential
-
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
-
Good verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience of working in the travel industry would be beneficial but not essential
Junior Data Analyst - Additional Information:

Salary £25,000 to £27,000 depending on relevant skills and experience
