Job Overview:
Spencers Estate Agency is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Coastal division and play a key role in our new Christchurch Bay team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing key support to the whole team and managing the daily operations of our office. There are administrative aspects to the role but excellent people skills will also be important as you will be interacting with buyers and clients both in person and over the phone.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and would be an ideal starting point for anyone keen to be involved in the sale of the area’s best properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinating with clients and prospective buyers to schedule property viewings and valuations
- Preparing and maintaining property particulars on our website and other marketing channels
- Handling paperwork and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Processing invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Managing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with very good attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of photo editing software and publishing software would be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive and professional attitude
