New Business Administrator
ONSITE - Maidstone - up to £32,500 + Benefits

When you first hear about the products this business sell, you may not high five yourself … BUT…and there is a BUT… Their clients are some of the country’s most well-known Brands that you undoubtedly will recognise, and this is the point really, they want to attract more of these clients, and this is where you come in.

2) Over the last 40 years they have designed, installed and supported solutions that enable the client to function efficiently and that is why their clients stay
3) The diversity of brands and sectors that they support – fizzy drink manufacturers; super car manufacturers; theme parks; luxury watch makers; distilleries, wine makers, medical devices… beauty….food… the list goes on and therefore the list of prospects is vast
The data focussed New Business Administrator role will support the New Business Sales Manager and the Marketing team with tasks such as –
· Managing Email campaigns to support new marketing initiatives that will in turn attract new and bring back lapsed customers – think HubSpot / MailChimp
· Creating insightful and factual reports: who has bought what and when, who needs to receive our newest product launch brochure, where are there more clients in a specific sector etc.
· Reviewing the SAP system to understand the clients’ purchasing trends- all the while keeping the data pristine and current
· Analysis of the success of your campaigns and working with the sales team to understand the detail
· Collaborate and support the marketing team with initiatives for promotional opportunities
· Provide data administration support to the PA Team for the Company Event calendar
· Offer a creative eye when reviewing marketing campaigns, working with colleagues to ensure that each campaign is on brand
· Maintain data lists for email campaigns for marketing purposes and to support the wider business
To be considered you will come with outstanding Data Entry skills, understand the purpose of sales and marketing, demonstrable skills with marketing software and MS Office.
