Job Overview
To help manage the day to day administrative tasks within a dental laboratory, namely:
- Logging lab work from clients in and out of the lab using our lab management software
- Ordering supplies, materials and components required by the clinical technician team
- Managing all incoming mail and telephone from clients and suppliers
- Liaising with new clients on the services the lab can provide to them
- Liaising with existing clients with respect to any ongoing jobs
- Logging all supplier invoices on the accounting system
- Ensuring all client invoices and statements are sent in a timely manner
- Ensuring we are DAMAS compliant at all times
Skills and attributes required
- You have excellent organizational and administrative skills
- You present yourself with confidence and professionalism
- You are able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- You have 2 years minimum dental nursing experience
- You are task driven and can complete set work in given timelines
Job Details
- 37 hours per week
- 20 days Annual Leave
- Work on Location (Gateshead)
- £22,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
