What we can offer

Due to the requirement to access and work on the Maternity Ward, and the sensitivity of this environment, in order to respect the privacy, dignity and decency of women on those wards who have just given birth, we can only accept female applications.

At Bonniebabi, we are passionate about developing our staff, therefore you will be required to attend meetings, training sessions/workshops, and regular 121’s with your Line Manager.

Our Bonniebabi Values:

Supportive – you will work alongside the NHS and fit in seamlessly on the maternity ward. You will also support and be a team player within the Bonniebabi photography team.

Trusted – you will be confident, careful and considerate when handling parents’ precious Newborn babies always adhering to Bonniebabi’s Code of Conduct.

Respectful – you will quickly build rapport with parents, whilst ensuring that they receive the highest possible bedside experience which delivers on our promise of “The Ultimate Bonniebabi Photographic Experience’’

You will respectively accept families wishes, should the Bonniebabi bedside experience be declined. In addition, you will also develop and maintain friendly and professional relationships with hospital maternity staff.

Innovative – you will be “tech savvy” and skilled in using digital cameras. You will also be a brand ambassador.

Passionate – you will be passionate about the services we provide and be a Bonniebabi brand advocate at all times.

Empathetic – you will be kind and considerate to new parents on the maternity wards, and diligently adhere to their wishes and choices.

You will have the ability to perceptively “read the situation” before approaching any bed and/or room – giving consideration as to whether it is the right time to approach.
