Service Supervisor
Job summary:
As the Service Supervisor at our Porsche Centre in Teesside, you will lead, manage and develop the Front of House operation in order to achieve the budgeted financial and operational objectives whilst ensuring the highest level of customer experience. Assisting both the Aftersales Manager and Head of Business, you will maintain standards whilst building outstanding relationships with the Brand.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, developing, and managing the Front of House team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.-
Carrying out regular 1-1’s, team meetings and reviews with the team ensuring motivation, positive performance, and behaviours.

Ensuring the appropriate resource management to deliver the highest level of customer experience.

Assist the Aftersales Manager in developing and implementing both the customer and colleague journey, ensuring all are treated fairly and equitably.

Conduct regular customer journey reviews with the team to develop and enhance the experience delivered to our customers.

Ensure all Brand standards are always adhered to.

Ensure profit is maximised through the sale of additional work, products and services.

Handle any customer complaints to ensure a fair and equitable resolution for all parties ensuring root cause is identified and solutions implemented to minimise chance of recurrence.

100% complete and accurate data collection.

Manage and Maintain with the team all standards around Porsche Service Process Brand measures versus National Averages as your context relating to PSP and PDSR and Retail Standards Audit.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.-
A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.

Proven experience of leading and managing successful teams to deliver results is desirable, with a strong ability to lead, influence and coach others into delivering results.

Ability and experience of maximising profitability whilst ensuring high levels of customer experience.

Ability to quickly build strong relationships with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work to targets, deadlines and under pressure.
-
Knowledge of current consumer legislation and trade practices.

Impeccable standard of personal presentation.

A driving license free from excessive penalties.
