The Credit & Cash Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the Credit Management and Cash Office Systems and reporting sub-functions within the Finance function in the BBS, managing a team of c12 people (Manager, Supervisor and Administrators). The role is responsible for providing strong leadership and guidance to the team, delivering end to end services and transformation for transactions in accordance with Group policies, as well as the monitoring of qualitative performance measures for the team using Key Performance Indicators.
The role will ensure the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Office Systems/reporting processes align to best practice, ensuring strict compliance with internal controls, alignment with the SOTC Global Process Owners vision and strive for continuous processes improvements of the function. The role will also manage the issue management process and work to minimize exceptions. The role is ultimately responsible for ensuring Burberry’s KPIs and SLAs are met to the high-quality standards expected, as well as transforming and ensuring that the combined Credit Management and Cash Office processes follow global best practice. The role will provide input and approval to Burberry global policies.
In addition, the Credit & Cash Operations Senior Manager will actively participate in the leadership of the team and the service delivery of the wider finance function in Leeds.
