Job Description
We are a forward thinking, progressive Home Improvement Company providing windows and doors to both Residential and Trade Customers. Due to the fast growth of the company and exciting new projects we are looking to fill a unique and varied role for a Customer Relations Assistant. The role will be to assist and support the development of a new innovative platform whilst building strong relationships with customers and suppliers and support the Management team in all aspects of the business.
The purpose of the role is:
· To manage our customer experience journey to a consistently high level
· Liaise with Customers, Suppliers and Installers
· Provide and Manage Quotations through to sale.
· Update Systems and Portals
· Develop a strong knowledge of products and services. Full training will be provided.
· Support Management and all other Departments within the business.
About you:
· You should have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
· Ability to Multi-task in a busy environment
· Plan your workload effectively to ensure customers are updated to agreed timescales
· Work accurately and meticulously under pressure
· Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
· Continually work to high standards of customer service at all times
· Have an excellent telephone manner.
· Have knowledge of social media management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
