Job description

HE Data Quality and Exams Officer

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum.

Salary: £12,810 per annum pro-rata (£21,000 per annum, full time equivalent)

Location: The role is based at the Tonbridge Campus, with one day per week working from our Hadlow Campus, but the nature of the work may require travel to our other College sites as required.


This is a varied and interesting tole and may suit someone who enjoys the flexibility of a part time role.


You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidates will have a methodical approach to organising and planning workload, in addition to being able to meet deadlines with attention to detail. Demonstratable experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential as full on the job training is provided.


In return, we’ll give you 33 days’ annual leave (including Christmas/ New Year period) plus bank holidays and you’ll be enrolled onto the Local Government Pension Scheme which also includes life assurance. You’ll also benefit from free onsite parking and have access to a range of onsite facilities including a nursery, restaurants and coffee shops.
