In the context of our unique buyer pays fee model, which sets us apart in our industry, you will receive exhaustive training. This will encompass building and cultivating relationships with potential sellers, landlords, tenants, and buyers, capitalizing on business opportunities through market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lettings referrals, as well as sourcing new instructions for sales and lettings.
We are on the hunt for self-driven individuals who can function effectively in a fast-paced environment, and who possess superior interpersonal and communication skills. Importantly, you must hold a clean, full driving license and own a car. A professional appearance is also a requisite for this role.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £18,000 annually, further sweetened by an attractive bonus scheme and commission pay. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work on weekends being an essential requirement.
Prior knowledge of the Croydon area would be a substantial advantage as it would help you adapt more quickly and serve our clientele more efficiently.
