The Opportunity
You will play a key role in supporting our People Technology team in the delivery of new applications and major upgrade projects across the UK and Ireland. You will be instrumental in helping deliver our priorities in the People Technology part of our Information technology department from conception through to completion and support in delivery of People Technology roadmap items.
What will my accountabilities be?

Facilitate and organise appropriate projects meetings such as SteerCos and CFTs Generate actions and decisions in meetings and store within RAID logs

Complete and compile relevant documentation for projects

Maintenance of RAID log

Assist in reconciling the project budget

Assist in compiling the project plan
What Team will I be a part of?
You will be part of the People Technology team within IT/HR supporting the People Technology team. The team includes technical and functional specialists that are passionate about ensuring that features are developed and delivered with high quality and meet markets needs and expectations.
You will work closely with the team delivering project management as Project Support Officer you will assist the Project Manager in the end-to-end delivery of (approved projects). This is to apply governance and assurance to projects to ensure the successful and timely delivery.
